Application Checklist

So, you are interested in applying to Machon Maayan!

1. Send an email with your name, address & phone to:
   myfuture@machonmaayan.com
   to touch base with your friendly and helpful American Machon Maayan representative, Rabbi Gershon Steinberg.
2. Download an Application Form, print it up and send it completed with:
   • 3 Passport Photos
   • High School transcript / School report
   • SAT scores (US students)
   • 2 letters of recommendation. These can be from your rabbi, principal, teacher or youth director.
   • Essay: 500-word essay. Please choose one of the following topics:
     The person or event that most influenced my Jewish development
     My goals for my year in Israel
     The character in Jewish history I would most like to meet
     
   • Please submit your application form together with $100 non-refundable registration fee to:
